Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

At The Wise Butterfly, we’re here to support you and help you get the most out of every session. To secure your appointment, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due on the day of the appointment.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or cancelled. Our goal is to make this process as smooth and fair as possible, so you can feel cared for while also allowing us to support other clients in need.​​

Refunds & Rescheduling:

​

More than 7 days’ notice: You can transfer your deposit to a new appointment, or if you would prefer to cancel your appointment you may request a refund of your deposit (less $5 for administrative fees).

​

Between 7 days and 48 hours’ notice: Your deposit can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment; refunds are not available.

​

Less than 48 hours’ notice: Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.

Cancellations:

 

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another client in need, while helping us ensure that every client receives the attention and care they deserve. We appreciate as much notice as possible so we can continue to provide the best experience for all our clients.
